    I used to have to take tablets for sciatica, for years! I started doing this 6 months ago, the relief was within minutes and I have not taken a single tablet for it since. If I feel the sciatica starting I just do the sitting up one for a few minutes with each leg.

    Thank you so much im learning these stretches to teachthem to my dad he is having problems with the sciatic nerve and hes been in tremendous pain he Doesnt stretch but lifts alot. maybe thats the problem he has never attempted yoga in his life, i will teach him these tomorrow thank you SOOO much, you are amazing.

    hi thank you for this video im gonna try to do it well this is gonna be a painful to do . i got this pain after working in the attic in good amount of time installing heater up in the attic been trying a lot of stretching witch would be the best for me to do ? and anything else i should do ? im tried of working with this pain in my butt stock please help :-( thank you ,,

    Before I used any excercise videos, I used hot and cold compresses to stimulate the blood flow, using the heat last before the excercise. Breath!!! I received instant relief from this excercise, follow with cold, then heat compresses.This is the best stretch excercise to I’ve seen!!! and believe me I’ve watched alot!!!

    thank u..i will definitely begin these asap. my back (& buns) r killin’ me !!! layin’ off the weights 4 one month…need to be near 90% by summer & can’t have this pain in my system. i’ll check back in a month or so & tell u how its goin…thnx 4 tha vid. just hope i rem 2 breeeeeeathe while i do it. lol

    actually worked for me, when i woke up this morning i was in pain and couldn’t get up. i tried few exercises including yours and now i’m feeling much better and walking around. Cheers to you

    I am 26 i had the sciatica 2 years ago….it was hell it came back 2 months ago i will use your technique 2make it go away….thanks a bunch

    I had sciatica for 8 months very painful started doing these streches although my muscles were so twisted that it would hurt to strech but i slowly started streching about two to three weeks it went away i am so happy for this video it works.

    this so works, had to do the sit down as I roll over too easy, love the cat lol, I used to take tablets daily, since doing this I haven’t had to take a tablet in 6 months.

    I just started physical therapy about 2 weeks ago for my left sciatica problem. The stretch my therapist gave me really helped with my leg pain, BUT I still have pain on the side of my butt :( I tried your stretch, unfortunately I’m not too limber, so it’s even hard for me to prop my left leg like that. Maybe I should just slowly progressively increase the stretch?
