So how often should I do it? And how many leg lifts per session, etc.?
I’ve been a roofing contractor and have had back and hip pain for years. I’ve tried everything short of surgery with only temporary relief.
I tried this exercise along with a couple other similar exercises from Lawrence Gold’s website. I’ve been doing them for only three days and it is amazing the improvement I’ve experienced. I plan to continue to see if I can continue to improve.
Thanks for posting this.
Wonderful explanation and illustration. I’m in acupuncture school and great at relieving low back pain but know that correcting structural imbalances are an important part of long term solution. Thanks!
DR BRENT IS AWESOME!
